A Cutover Plan is developed by the team based on the Model. Then, using the model and custom training materials, users are trained in their specific job functions.
Training is carried out using the model and procedures that were verified during the Implementation Model .
Finally, the model is implemented in the live environment.
The Post-Implementation Review is to ensure that the original objectives and resulting project plan were implemented effectively. The review measures the level of satisfaction of all Project Team Members. The PIR is also an opportunity to revisit issues outlined in the Initial Review that were identified as suitable for secondary projects.
