Meet Duncan McLeod,
President and CEO of DBM Systems Inc. For 30 years, Duncan has focused
his consulting and research on Supply Chain management strategy in global
manufacturing and distribution organizations.
Duncan is a professional Engineer and a Certified Fellow
in Production and Inventory Management and a Certified Supply Chain
Professional with APICS. He is also a registered Project Management
Professional with the Project Management Institute. He received his
BASc in Engineering from the University of Waterloo, and his MBA from
McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.
A successful speaker and educator, Duncan is requested
for conferences and boardrooms alike. |

Meet Rick Morris, General
Manager of DBM Systems Inc. Rick has worked in the supply chain in various
capacities for the past 34 years.
He has held roles as a production
planner, master scheduler, production manager, materials manager and
plant manager.
Rick also has 12 years prior experience with DBM as a
project manager and a management consultant.

Meet Doug Dedman, Senior Business
Consultant with DBM Systems Inc. For almost 20 years Doug has consulted
with global, multi-divisional organizations with a focus on S&OP
and supply chain execution.
Doug is APICS certified in Production and Inventory Management.
He is also a registered Project Management Professional with the Project
Management Institute, and received his MBA from the University of Windsor
in Windsor, Ontario.
Doug has educated hundreds of executives on the benefits
of a strong Sales and Operations Plan. His expertise and holistic approach
to S&OP have made him a key figure in many successful corporations
around the world.
Doug also teaches at Conestoga College in the School of
Business, where he gets a chance to work with young people that are
just starting their careers in Supply Chain Management. He and his wife
operate a small beef farm in the beautiful SouthWestern Ontario countryside.

Meet Rich Wamsteeker, Senior Management
Consultant and Project Manager with DBM Systems Inc. For 15 years Rich
has consulted with global Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive suppliers, with
a focus on fine tuning ERP and supply chain management systems.
Rich is APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management,
and an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional. He is also a registered
Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute,
and received his Honors Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfred
Laurier University in Waterloo.
His expertise with supply chain planning, master scheduling,
and sales and operations planning, have made him an asset in many of
today’s global corporations. |

Meet Louise Beauchamp,
Senior Management Consultant with DBM Systems Inc. Bilingual in English
and French, for over 20 years Louise has consulted with global corporations
that focus on the inventory accuracy component of supply chain management.
Louise is owner of the DBM ModelWorks™
change management methodology. She has successfully used this methodology
to assist dozens of English and non-english European customers with
their supply chain initiatives. Louise studied at McGill University
in Montreal, towards a BSc Math. She is also APICS certified in Production
and Inventory Management.
Louise assists customers in the design
and development of modeling solutions , to help smooth the implementation/change
process. She has also taught numerous inventory accuracy courses, and
her inventory/ shop floor knowledge has made her a highly sought trainer
in our large global customers.
Louise launched her book "Crack the
WIP - Best Practices for Work Cell Reconciliation" On December
2, 2009. |

Meet Erika Barber, Senior Technical
Consultant and Project Manager with DBM Systems Inc. For 20 years Erika
has consulted with global North American organizations, project managing
ERP and ES implementations, and large scale technical conversions.
Erika received her B.Sc in Computer Science from McMaster
University in Hamilton, Ontario, where she also obtained her MBA. Erika
is also certified from APICS in Production and Inventory Management.
Her years of expertise with business requirements analysis and systems
design, have made her a key project management resource in many Fortune
500 companies. This includes the project management of a large-scale
Kanban implementation.
Erika is also a highly sought instructor. |

Meet Kathleen McLeod, Client Manager with DBM Systems Inc.
For two years, Kathleen has been managing and developing mutually beneficial long-term relationships
with DBM's manufacturing clients.
She received her post-graduate diploma in Corporate Communications from Seneca College in Toronto, Ontario
and her three-year diploma in Applied Music from Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario. Kathleen is currently
studying Business Administration at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario.
She applies her expertise by overseeing DBM's sales, marketing and communications initiatives.

Meet Rich Ames, Senior Consultant with DBM Systems Inc.
He is a recognized Supply Chain expert, and for over 30 years has consulted
with multi-national organizations throughout
North and South America, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Europe, where he is
comfortable conversing in English or Spanish.
Rich has held various manager and director positions in the manufacturing
industry. His list of clients is a who's who of global organizations,
with experience in heavy equipment manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals,
electronics and furniture industries.
Rich got his BS at Colorado State University, and his MBA from Xavier
University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Rich is also certified from APICS in
Production and Inventory Management as a CPIM.
Rich is a highly respected instructor, and has developed numerous courses
in manufacturing and supply chain management. |

Meet Heather Jeffrey, Executive Assistant to Duncan McLeod
and Office Manager at DBM. Heather comes from a background in music
merchandising from a tour planning, logistics and coordination angle.
The skills developed from working for five years as an Operations Manager
have helped her to transition into her new position at DBM, where she
is responsible for travel planning, maintaining the Master Schedule
and various other administrative tasks.
Heather has studied at both the University of Ottawa and University of Waterloo.
She uses her excellent research and organization skills to help keep DBM Systems running smoothly.
